Given that HRM technology has been around for decades and (within any given price range) the functionality from brand to brand is pretty much the same, I base my purchase decisions on comfort and style. The watches for some brands (that's you, Polar) feel (and look) like you've strapped a deck of cards to your wrist with an inner tube. Timex mana...  Read more reviews

I received the watch today and was enjoying the features. However, the PC data link does not work. The watch cannot find the PC and I cannot find any help. Could just be me, but I have tried reading all I can and still the USB wireless connection is useless. The driver installed without any issues, but will not function as advertised. The Manual po...  Read more reviews

I both agree and disagree with some of the reviews for this product. Granted, I have only had it a week, so I can't speak about durability/quality. I also haven't used the interval or recovery modes (and may never).

First, it is comfortable! I forget that I am even wearing the chest strap and my wrist is light as air. I am a large fram...  Read more reviews

I bought this item thinking it would be a great training aid. Step one was to insert the battery into the case on the GPS unit. It took me half an hour and very sore fingers to get the battery door shut after inserting the battery! Thinking at least I probably wouldn't have to do it that often, I then read in the manual it needs to be replaced afte...  Read more reviews

Took me about 30-40 minutes to go through the manual and figure out all the settings and then was up and running. I have a hairy chest, so sometimes have to use gel to make the chest strap pick up a reading, but it fits well and is a great training tool.

I exercise a lot more often and am excited about seeing my results now in heart r...  Read more reviews

Watch has a great fit and complete. Measures to monitor the heart rate even when you're a hard workout, but not consistent when moving quickly. It 'clear that this is a time when I want the job … Moreover, it is not a joke to read heart rate, dry skin under my watch. If you're not sweating, you need to moisturize the skin under the watch of a good contact. This is very unfortunate. Overall, the idea is great, but have not worked well. I would not recommend a watch for those looking for consistent, simple heart rate monitor.

Many consumers in the market for a residential trainer often ask: “what’s the ideal ”? Many others find themselves asking: “what’s ?” This article will answer both of these questions.

In very basic terms, “ ” is the distance between your front and back feet at full extension on an trainer. It’s the same concept as how long your strides are during walking or running. So why does such a simple concept cause so much confusion for those shopping for an trainer?

I do not need all the bells and whistles, fancy and this unit has done a good job. This is my heart rate monitor 3 or 4, which are usually a few years, so why spend the extra money. I like the civil power, save the battery in the chest strap.
